All our bas relief artworks are cast to order. Once you place an order for artwork from us, we will cast it, hand finish it and frame it to your specification. That process can take up to 14 days from order. You will receive a truly unique artwork crafted just for you. We deliver worldwide; please contact us for delivery charges outside mainland Europe.
Our standard mainland UK delivery service is two working days from the day of dispatch. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are not going to be home, we are happy to deliver to another designated address, which you should highlight during the checkout process.
On receipt of your artwork, please check the item(s) carefully and notify us immediately should any items be incorrect or incomplete. In the event of receiving damaged goods, please notify us immediately. We may ask you to confirm this in writing and supply us with photographs of the damage. Please do not return the goods unless instructed by us and retain the goods and all packaging until the carrier has had an opportunity to review them.
We cannot accept any liability for delayed or non delivery of goods due to wrong information, an incorrectly supplied delivery address or a mistake by the carrier. Additional costs incurred due to an incorrect delivery address being supplied, may incur extra charges which will be payable by you, the customer.
Shipping charges to locations out with the UK are calculated and confirmed during the checkout process. If for whatever reason, the wrong carriage cost is applied to an order, we will refund the difference to the customer prior to the goods being despatched. If the carriage cost has been undercharged for whatever reason, we will contact the customer to secure the correct carriage cost prior to dispatch of the goods.
We accept no liability for goods required for a specified date, which fail to arrive due to circumstances out with our control. We will always do our best to achieve your deadline, but please place your order in sufficient time for time critical items. This is particularly pertinent on the run up to and during the Festive period when delivery delays may occur due to work demands or courier delays due to volume of business. We always do our best to deliver items within the parameters of the requested delivery service, however as we use external carriers to make our deliveries, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. If there is any undue delay that we are aware of, we will contact you.
Our delivery charges are for one item only. More than one item will incur additional delivery charges which will be communicated to you after checkout and additional delivery charges will be payable.
The purchaser / receiver will be liable for all customs / import duties if applicable.
